Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The QC Department ensures quality compliance from materials to finished goods. Incoming wood is checked for decay, insects, knots, and moisture. In-process monitors flatness, diagonal tolerance, and nail joints. Finished pallets and drums undergo visual, static, dynamic, and drop tests per GB/T 4996 and GB/T 31148. Export items meet ISPM 15 and IPPC marking. Non-conforming items are flagged and corrected. Supplier quality is audited. Customer complaints are investigated and responded to. The team maintains the ISO 9001 system and supports audits.
Quality Control Procedures
Quality Management oversees full-chain control from raw material to finished goods. Incoming wood is checked for decay, insects, knots, and moisture, with surface levels not exceeding twenty-two percent and core levels not exceeding twenty-eight percent. In-process monitors flatness, diagonal tolerance, and nail joints. Finished pallets undergo visual inspection and tests including static load, dynamic load, and a one-point-five-meter drop test in accordance with national standards. Export pallets comply with ISPM Fifteen standards for heat treatment.
